Dr. Diana Jordan-Baldwin is a proven servant leader, public advocate, and community champion with more than 20 years of combined experience in military service, government leadership, nonprofit management, and grassroots community empowerment. Now, she is stepping forward to serve the people of District 18 in the Florida House of Representatives—bringing integrity, accountability, and a bold vision for a stronger Florida.
A U.S. Army veteran and former logistics officer, Dr. Jordan-Baldwin understands discipline, strategy, and commitment to service. Her public leadership journey continued through her work with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services as a senior procurement analyst and audit/compliance manager, where she safeguarded federal resources, strengthened oversight, and ensured transparency in government operations.

Beyond federal service, Dr. Jordan-Baldwin has spent decades making a measurable impact in her community. She has served on several local boards in St. Johns County—including the Community Medical Center Board, the Mental Health Group Home Board, and the Turnbull Creek Community Development District Board—where she managed multimillion-dollar budgets, wrote effective public policies, and ensured responsible governance for local residents.
A passionate advocate for families, seniors, people with disabilities, and underserved communities, she is also the CEO and founder of multiple service-centered organizations, including Dovez Nest Home LLC, a Medicaid/APD provider supporting individuals with disabilities; Nkmand Solutions LLC; and the Christopher Burks Scholarship Foundation, which has awarded scholarships to students across Northeast Florida for more than a decade.
Dr. Jordan-Baldwin’s leadership extends deeply into the faith and civic community. She has held numerous board-level positions within Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, where she is known for her ability to train, encourage, and elevate leaders. She is also active in the NAACP and continues to mentor and support future leaders through her youth development initiatives.
Rooted in her belief that every community deserves a strong voice, Dr. Jordan-Baldwin is running for State Representative to ensure District 18 has a leader who listens, understands real-life challenges, and fights for solutions that uplift all families. Her priorities include improving access to affordable healthcare, strengthening educational opportunities, expanding support for veterans and people with disabilities, promoting economic growth for small businesses, and ensuring safe, thriving neighborhoods for every resident.
