Dr. Diana Jordan-Baldwin is a 20-year U.S. Army veteran, Bronze Star Medal recipient, former federal employee, small business owner of more than 13 years, nonprofit CEO, healthcare provider, and former elected local official running for Florida House District 18.
Dr. Jordan-Baldwin proudly served 20 years on active duty in the United States Army as a Logistics Officer. During her military career, she deployed to major conflicts and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for her leadership and service to our nation.
After completing her military service, Dr. Jordan-Baldwin continued serving through civilian federal roles with multiple agencies and installations, including:
• Navy Submarine Base Kings Bay, Georgia
• U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
• Small Business Administration (SBA)
• U.S. Military Academy at West Point (Contracting)
• Army Futures Command
• U.S. Department of Health and Human Services
She retired from federal service in September 2025.
From 2020–2024, Dr. Jordan-Baldwin served as an elected member of the Turnbull Creek Community Development District Board (District 2). In this role, she helped govern the district, write policies, and oversee a $1.5 million budget while ensuring transparency and accountability.

Dr. Jordan-Baldwin has been a small business owner for more than 13 years. She is the owner of Dovez Nest Homes LLC, a Medicaid provider supporting individuals with disabilities, and the founder of Progressive Career Services, an HR and benefits consulting firm.
She has also served as CEO of the Christopher Burks Scholarship Foundation for over 12 years, helping students access educational opportunities and leadership development.
Dr. Jordan-Baldwin is a proud conservative who believes in faith, family, personal responsibility, strong communities, and limited, accountable government.
